All our prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are stated in Norwegian kroner.

Order confirmation

Once your order is received by, it is processed continuously. You will receive an order confirmation when your order has been approved.


We accept payments via Klarna, VISA and MasterCard.
Here you will find more information about Klarna, and here you can read their terms of use. The use of such information is regulated in accordance with applicable privacy legislation and Klarna’s privacy policy. Purchases via Klarna have no invoice fee.

Shipping and delivery

We offer free shipping on orders within Norway. Shipping is handled by Bring and usually takes between 3 and 7 days from the order date. NOTE: unfortunately we do not currently deliver to Svalbard.
Neon Beachwear AS is not responsible for any delays in the mail when the shipment has been handed over to Bring.


If the packaging appears damaged, please do not accept the shipment. Once the delivery is accepted, you assume responsibility for the products. Full right of complaint is granted in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act for all our products. If you receive defective or incorrect products, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

Return and exchange

You can return products within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at [email protected] and quoting the order number and details of the products you wish to return. The products must be returned in perfect condition, with all tags and hygienic pads attached, with no signs of wear, stains or washing. The shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.


Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account due to varying payment provider processing times.

Customer duties

The customer is obliged to follow the guidelines for returns and complaints in force at all times. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address. The customer is financially responsible for lost shipments if this is due to the wrong address being given.
